These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.monitoris.store and purchases made directly from Monitoris. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. Our store and your account
Monitoris is an online retailer at 120 Colebrook Way, Cibolo, TX 78108, United States. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Guest checkout is available; an account is optional. If you create an account, keep your password confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Products, pack sizes and descriptions
Our mini Wi-Fi indoor camera is offered in White-1pc, White-2pcs, Black-1pc and Black-2pcs options. The suffix describes the camera count in one selected pack. Select the option carefully; the cart quantity refers to packs. Product colors may appear slightly different across screens. Approximate measurements are identified as approximate.
Descriptions are based on the product information available to us. Remote viewing, motion alerts, night vision and TF card recording require correct setup and are subject to the camera manual, compatible app, connection and supported storage. We do not promise a video resolution, battery runtime, memory capacity, weather rating or certification that is not specified on the product page. Contact us before ordering if a particular feature or specification is essential.
Some images are edited or generated presentations of the supplied camera design and are used to illustrate the product and its use. The selected option and order description determine what you purchase; lifestyle scenes do not add accessories or services to the order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in USD and apply to the selected pack. The current product page and checkout show the amount due, supported shipping method and any applicable tax before payment. A purchase is a one-time hardware order, not a recurring Monitoris subscription. PayPal Standard is the store’s configured payment method; payment availability is shown at checkout.
We may correct a genuine pricing or listing error. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you with the correction and give you a choice to accept it or cancel for a refund; we will not impose an undisclosed additional charge. Payment and transaction processing are also subject to PayPal’s terms.
Orders and availability
Submitting checkout creates an order request. An acknowledgment is not a guarantee of shipment. We confirm payment and availability before fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you with an explanation and the available options, including a refund for the unfulfilled item. We do not substitute a different camera color or pack without your agreement.
Delivery and returns
Free standard shipping is available to eligible contiguous US addresses. Processing is 1–3 business days and estimated transit is 3–4 business days after dispatch. The estimated total is 4–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Eligible return and exchange requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected. The Return & Refund Policy explains condition requirements and responsibility for return postage. These policies do not remove statutory rights for defective or misdescribed goods.
Responsible camera use
Use the camera only in indoor locations where you are authorized to monitor. Respect other people’s privacy and obtain any consent required for video or audio recording. Do not place cameras in spaces where people reasonably expect privacy or use the product to stalk, harass or unlawfully monitor anyone. You are responsible for understanding the rules applicable to your use.
Follow the supplied setup, power, storage and care instructions. Keep the camera and cords away from children, water, heat and damaged power equipment. No outdoor weatherproof rating is provided. The product is not a medical monitor, emergency response system or substitute for adult supervision. Do not rely on app alerts as a guarantee that every event will be detected or reported.
Third-party services
Companion apps, internet service, optional cloud services and PayPal are operated under their own terms. Availability may depend on your phone, app version, network and permissions. Monitoris does not guarantee uninterrupted access to a third-party app or network, or promise that a third-party service will remain free. Check any service’s pricing and privacy terms before subscribing.
Website use and content
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to access other customers’ information, interfere with checkout, introduce malicious code or misuse support channels. Monitoris branding, original website content and design are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
Responsibility and disputes
We are responsible for fulfilling the obligations we undertake in your order and these policies. We do not guarantee that using a camera will prevent loss, detect every incident or eliminate security risks. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. If a term conflicts with applicable mandatory law, that law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
If a purchase or website issue arises, contact us first with your order number and a clear description so we can work toward a resolution. These terms are governed by applicable United States and Texas law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you. We do not require you to waive non-waivable rights to seek a remedy.
Changes and contact
